    • All dual boot and I strongly recommend you unless you know how to do, I made a tutorial about it. Writing in the search box at the top right of the black border: Installing Ubuntu Linux dual boot with Windows, you enter and you will find the tutorial.

To tell you frankly nustiu but see myself.

  6. With Wubi install is not worth a dualboot bne do than bother with W7 atat.Oricum far as I know x64 verse has many problems and not go on any system.

  7. Julian thanks but expect some answers.

    • Neagu: Thanks Julian but expect some answers.

I advise you the same thing. If you install with Wubi and you have a new grub in updates, you get burned, your ubuntu fuck. Wubi deserves to be put just like that, for 1 zo let's say and it's not worth bothering to make it work if it doesn't work for you at first, believe me it really isn't worth it. It is better to insert a CD and play it Live than with Wubi. I do not recommend 64-bit Ubuntu to anyone as I do not recommend 64-bit Windows to anyone, these systems are not "tanned" it is an architecture at the beginning of the road, where some things do not work or go halfway.

  12. I have a question… Can I install Ubuntu (give up Windows) without losing data from the HDD (it's 1 Tb and I have some data)? I now have partition C where the 150 Gb Windows is.

    • neomorphyI have a question ... Can I install Ubuntu (to give up Windows) without losing data on your hard drive (s 1 Tb and I have some data)? I now partition where C is the 150 Windows`ul Gb.

poti.instalezi ubuntu windows give the place ului.adica format only 150 GB partition. of these 150 GB ext4 make a partition and mount the / (root) and the remaining partitions 140 /home.restul let them do as they are. you can access them from ubuntu. look at this tutorial https://www.videotutorial.ro/?p=2452 and this https://www.videotutorial.ro/?p=3315 as saintelegi how to do partitionarea.Succes !!!!!

I can with the help of Wubi (not really recommend this option) or in the real dual boot. You can also have Linux and Windows and can remain only with Linux without losing than C's, other partitions us the need to format or delete that Linux knows how to write / read / see and formats NTFS partition or FAT32 what Windows do not know how to format the partitions used by Linux. Write up in the search box right on the black edge: install ubuntu linux in dual boot with Windows, you enter and you will find the tutorial or write: Wubi, you enter and you will find the tutorial. I have ubuntu 10.04 2 and NTFS partitions. Ubuntu I put it where it was WinXP (in C)

  13. thanks to both for answering… in Ubuntu can you back up your system? I can install a virtual machine as a virtualbox to install Windows, because I have some programs that I use for college, I also have a Canon printer and I would like to install it on virtual if Ubuntu doesn't work.

    • neomorphy: Thank you both answer ... in Ubuntu you can backup your system? can install a virtual machine like VirtualBox to put Windows, because I have some programs that they use to college, I have a Canon printer and would like to install on Ubuntu virtual if not go.

Leave the talk and look at the tutorials I told you about, there it was said whether to swap or not (swat are American bands, swap is something else) how to partition and everything you need to know. You can install VirtualBox on Ubuntu and install Windows on it. Watch the tutorials on "three methods of installing software on ubuntu linux" you can find it with the search box on the right. I recommend you to watch "introduction in the terminal part 1", "introduction in the terminal part 2", "introduction in the terminal part 3" Or write above: introduction in the terminal, enter and all 3 episodes will be displayed.

  14. Beautiful!!!!!!
