In this video tutorial we will continue what we started in Tutorial XAMPP and as I promised, I install Joomla is a content management system, CMS for short and that allows us to manage and create dynamic web pages in a website.
In this tutorial we will help MySQL database we created in the previous tutorial, we are going to access with the help of phpMyAdmin that comes installed with xampp site.
Joomla CMS is a very good and easy to use compared to other applications of this type, not had to use very advanced programming skills required, but it is not a bad idea to know something of HTML or PHP but not mandatory.

I use xampp and joomla tutorials that I think f.utile for beginners like me. They did not come out of first installation and that other beginners to succeed, say what problems I had and how they've overcome.
When installing xampp apache did not started until after I edited xampp / apache / conf / httpd and I changed to another value port_nou 80 port. Order changes in / / localhost: port_nou / After that you can run xampp.
