As we observation that theme is free but does not actually install it should give an error free themes give most errors do not recommend, if you still want to make a good site better buy one or 2 option to use a theme on wordpress.org those themes have errors.
If you still want to create a template for wordpress, joomla… and without much knowledge html php, I recommend "Artisteer 3" is very simple to use and you can create your own unique theme.
But as said Cristi recommend learning the basics of html
