Hey, in today's tutorial we will learn how we can change the speed of movement of a video / film.
This we can do by applying a very simple 2 effects in Adobe After Effects and Sony Vegas Slow Motion effect and the effect of Fast Forward.
Although these effects can be applied 2 pretty easy, I thought it best to make a tutorial on this topic.
Slow Motion.
This effect is mostly used when filming the 50 60 or frames per second to slow down the action. In normal shooting 50 minute frames per second we get 2 minute Slow Motion. This effect can be observed reruns during sports competitions. Even if you do not have a camera capable of shooting at 50 60-frames per second, though we do a good job filming 25 30-frames per second, using more software tools.
Fast Forward.
This effect can be applied when we want a big hurry to action for conveyance action. It can be used for time-lapse (consecutive photos together for creation of a short film) to see a flower as it grows, or to see a full day in one minute of time-lapse.

My guess is that this tutorial is very weak. It is a plugin which is called twixt, which do slow mo a video sequence filmed in 24, 25 30 or fps.
