I'm sorry but that effect is capture software that we use to realize video tutorials.
An alternative would be: control panel / mouse / pointer options / vizibility, here you check that thing with "Show location of pointer when i press the CTRL key" then give aply and ok and from now on when you press the "Ctrl" key a to have some circles too.
Of course all our circles are more goods.

@nicusor: Band hard drives are called ATA type hard drives and thin red band hard drives are called SATA type hard drives… mounting a hard drive is not that difficult… you need to have 3 slots on the motherboard… see where the tape from the hard drive leads and where enter that tape there must be 2 more slots, there you put the 2nd hard drive… you have to have a jumper on the hard drive and depending on how you put that jumper you set the master or slave hard drive… I don't know how to explain in terms but I can to show you… I don't have them with the terms but I know what it's about… I put 2 hard drives on my own and I thought I was parallel and now they are parallel to what you have to do with the hardware but with the help of google I read and I managed to mount 2 hard drives myself !!! without anyone showing me anything! @Florentine: You didn't give us any details, you didn't have a firewall, you didn't have an antivirus, did you? and if so why? It is very possible that the antivirus jumped on a file when you installed the application and of course you have errors… if still the installation went to the end maybe your firewall blocks the connection and does not let you log in… If you have the firewall in windows active, deactivate it because it is not good for anything !!! I would advise you to uninstall the application with Revo (about which we have a tutorial, write at the top right to search "revo" without the quotes give enter) then deactivate the firewall and antivirus and reinstall the application with security measures disabled!
