Don't boot because you didn't set the bios to boot from the cd. If you have a quick boot menu (F12 key) restart, press F12, choose to boot from CD / DVD. madalyn2010… you could try a windows 7 home premium on 32 bit (at most) with the configuration you posted. I installed a windows 7 ultimate even on 32 bit on a dell dell inspiron 6000 laptop that had a processor at 1300 and ram 512, hdd 40gb on the thread and a pathetic video card, but I succeeded.
