Today we discuss the DNS, a system that helps us to replace the IPs of domain names so instead of 188.215.51.197, which is an IP, our site is named videotutorial.ro and you do not have to remember IP That's ugly.

Each provider must have one or more DNS servers, unfortunately they do not always work as it should and so also we, the end users have to suffer.
To avoid disappointment, we can use public DNS sites such as:
Google DNS
8.8.8.8
8.8.4.4
OpenDNS
208.67.222.222
208.67.220.220
DNS public are much better because it offers stability, security and speed. Behind them are dozens / hundreds, maybe even thousands of servers, organized in clusters smooth functioning of the public service.
DNS addresses above can be used simply, just enter them in the settings of the network card or router and ready.
For additional functions we can make an account at one of the public DNS providers, we chose OpenDNS.
OpenDNS account you have plenty of options such as:
Support for dynamic IP
Web filtering (adult content, drugs, violence, weapons, etc.)
Filtering for individual fields
Individual exclusion from filtering
Security anti malware, phishing, etc.
Statistics
A service like OpenDNS can only help us, especially if we consider that there is a software that runs on local, do not consume resources and additional settings are available for all devices connected to the router, regardless of operating system or platform.

At Network> WAN> Advanced> check “Use the following DNS Servers” and at Primary DNS: and Secondary DNS: pass the 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220 ip right?
