Both solutions give results but have advantages and disadvantages of each side.
1. Passive cooler:

2. Fan:

I had the same problem with my miniPCI. It turned out to be due to faulty power supply. If it's powered directly from the USB TV definitely have this problem. If you have a power supply for it, check it with a multimeter. Must have exactly 2 amps intensity that you can not provide the TV.

I would be interested and me differences between 2 MiniPCI-ups in the last generation, namely Tronsmart MK908 and Kingnovel K-R42-1.
I would prefer the Kingnovel because I'm NOT particularly interested in the size (and the Tronsmart grows in size if we attach a fan, a USB HUB and who knows what else), because I see that it has a larger case - so I think cooling is better (it doesn't crowd the components), because it also has a LAN plug on the back panel (I prefer direct cable internet, plan B being WIFI), at Software Compatibility I see that it supports Windows XP, Window 7 , iOS, Android,… etc.

I purchased this product myself MK908. I can not seem to figure out why WiFi disconnects so often. The signal is maximum. I have a lot of devices connected wirelessly but none trouble. Reconnecting very hard. I installed the latest official fw and just do it. I am not satisfied!
