I'm not saying that the tutorial isn't useful… but you better do about Windows Live Messenger which can be installed in Romanian as well. I never supported Yahoo, especially since they are thieves (the best example is Facebook Chat which in Windows Live 2011 beta appeared in the summer and Yahoo introduced it to version 11 which is not yet complete).
