This tutorial is the latest in a series of tutorials for using graphics editing program GIMP.

For example, in the "Image effects" menu at "add frame", or in the "artistic" menu at "water paint effect" I get messages error when using them. I uninstalled the Gimp program and installed another version, older, 2.8.0, resuming the steps with "gimpfx foundry", but I get the same error.
How can I fix this?
