If you forgot your online account password, most likely because the phone remembers the password and you do not enter it every time you use the application, then you have nothing to do. At least in the case of Vodafone, if you say "I forgot my password", the surprise: you are told that you will receive a code on the phone to reset the password. Since the phone does not have rooming, you do not receive the code, so you have nothing to do.
