The difference is simple: With dual drivers you only back up drivers. In Romanian, the drivers are small files that make possible the optimal operation of certain devices (video, sound, webcam, printer, etc.). Double driver collects all drivers, "puts them on mothballs"; and in case you reinstall windows you will not have to look for every cd for webcam, printer, video card, etc.
With Paragon Backup do everything WinXP (whole partition C). Obviously this includes and drivers, everything. To create an image of partition C with all that was in it, with all Windows settings present at that time. From this picture you restore Windows later case you have problems. It's like it would be a reinstall, but it will take much less (5-15 minutes).
If you want to do a full backup I would recommend Acronis True Image at the expense of paragon drive backup. It's easier and more intuitive, I would not change for any other software. Obviously it's just a personal opinion.
