What is Wubi?
It is an installer for Windows that can result in the Linux world with a single click. Wubi allows you to install and uninstall Ubuntu as any application running on Windows in a easy and simple.

Very simple, download the Ubuntu iso image and mount with Daemon Tools in Windows. Then run wubi.exe of the ISO image.
