If you already have Windows 7 installed, in order to install XP you must use software that knows how to format / partition from boot. An example would be Acronis Disk Director about which we have a tutorial here on the site and you can find it with the search box at the top right. You will need to boot with that ISO image mentioned in that tutorial, then you will need to format the C and delete that 100M partition. Only then will you be able to install Windows XP.
