In today's tutorial I will show you how we can put in the Startup the PPPoE connection (Point to Point Protocol over Ethernet, which means a point-to-point connection, client-server, over an existing Ethernet connection. More specifically, PPPoE is a protocol that allows the simulation of a Dial-Up connection over an Ethernet connection) from RDS or other providers that use this type of connection
First we need to disable UAC (User Accounts Control). To deactivate UAC Go and click on "Start" then on "Control Panel", then here we click on "User Accounts and Family Safety" and then on
“User accounts” and then “Enable or disable user account control”. Once here we will uncheck “Use user account control (UAC) to help protect your computer” then click on “OK” after which a window will appear that will tell you says we need to restart the operating system for the changes to take effect, click "Restart now"
Now once you come back after Restart we will have to make the connection, for this we will go again to "Start" then to "Control Panel" then to "Network and Internet" then to " Network and sharing center ”in the window that appears we click on the left on“ Configuration or network connection ”another window will open, here we click on the first option“ Internet connection ”then click on“ Next ”click on“ Broadband (PPPoE) ”fill in the User Name series in the contract example: GL12345678 at Password we also fill in the password in the contract example: 12345678, check “Remember Password” and click on “Connect”, wait for Windows to take its settings.
We go again to "Start" then to "Control Panel" then to "Network and Internet" then to "Network and sharing center" but this time on the left we click on "Network connection management" ("Network connection management"). window that just opened we left click on "WAN Miniport (PPPOE)" then right click on this connection and choose from the context menu "Properties" ("Properties") in the window that opens we go to the "Options" tab (" Options ”) where we will uncheck“ Name and password request ”and we will check“ Inclusion domain Windows logon ”and we will click on“ OK ”. Vista is an OS primarily focused on security. For beginners it's OK. But for those who come from XP's kind of frustrating, not for me. There never annoyed me anything anything that you Microsoft.
I agree that you don't have full admin rights… but you deserve to be more protected! I even encountered a case when UAC stopped me from installing a malicious file….

As in XP people didn't do that much, Microsoft brought this thing to Vista automatically. This UAC is a good thing for PC. Hi, the ppoe connection can be set up even easier as a start-up. after creating the pppoe connection, enter start-> run, type ncpa.cpl, right click (secondary) on the ppoe connection, go to the new window at Options, Uncheck “Prompt for user name and password…” give OK, then with drag and drop, pull the shortcut of the ppoe connection and go to start-> all programs-> start up and release it here and then it will work.

use a net connection from RDS. When you open your PC (using a laptop) and I connect to the net without any brouser open, about 2-3 min. CPU frequency begins to increase at 25-30%.
