This is the latest in a series of three tutorial video tutorials virtualbox.
Now we will show how to install an operating system in a virtual environment using only an ISO image of the operating system.

Yes you can copy paste from one to another but only copy paste to the text and not to folders and files! And in order to make a copy paste to the text you have to install Guest Additions, when you start the virtual system click on Device then choose Install Guest Additions and it will automatically mount an ISO image in the virtual drive waiting for the autorun to appear and install instal
