We have two methods:
- The Windows 11 stick method, with Rufus, which does not require an internet connection during installation. It will even install Windows 11 with a local account and a predefined name
- If you have already started the installation, and you get to the screen where you will be asked to connect to the Internet, click on it Shift + F10 and CMD will open. There you write the command OOBE \ BYPASSNRO and press Enter. The installation routine will resume, but this time you will be able to install with a local account.

On Windows 10 it's simpler. Before starting the installation, remove the network cable, and during the installation routine, do not connect to WiFi. Thus you will have the option of installing with a local account.
