I recommend using a gamepad as the tutorial I have used is the closest official OnLive gamepad. You can use other models gamepad but I recommend you inquire before if it works with Android and of course with OnLive.

Did you check "allow false locations" in the stick settings? Then choose a location exactly as Cristi did in the tutorial.
