What is backup?

Hello, I have a problem with the wire net. Recently I purchased a new laptop, which I am required to use W10. The problem is that for 2 days I used the Wi-Fi connection that was going very hard. I thought it was because I had the router in a different camera than the laptop and the signal was weak. Today I contacted the internet provider to come and pull the thread directly into the laptop, which has happened. The problem was then the speed test, although we had the direct thread connected in the laptop, went very badly, not the 20 mb / s salt test. Then we tested on another laptop that has W7 and surprise, on the speed test it stays constant at 80-90 mb / s. Do you have any idea why the W10 laptop goes so badly with the net?
