I used and still use CCleaner but I discovered it's true that another program is not free and the trial version is quite limited (at 20 days), the program name is Advanced System Cleaner (Yamicsoft).
Another program that I found interesting is WinXP Manager, all of the same company (15 day trial version), it being cleaner and advanced system-ul.Daca may be able to test and I have WinXP Manager software and I say an opinion, maybe a tutorial in the near future about this program?

CCleaner is less complex, has many modules. But I like more than Registry Mechanic, and the lack of defragmentation module can be substituted with Defraggler from the same manufacturer.
But if your operating system is running well and have been pleased with Registry Mechanic, then my advice is do not change it. It is advisable to keep changing these programs. If you were not thanked the it's worth it to try CCleaner + Defraggler.
