I first tried the second option but it didn't work, then I deleted the mess on the second user with the result of deleting only those additional color settings… but not the default program, then I tried to reinstall the messenger but not it allowed me, I restarted it as requested, but that wasn't the problem, it still didn't work install (over) then I went to Admin and completely deleted the first one, and I went back to the second user to try and to install it (accept only as you said -as an administrator, without asking for the password) but not even this time it stopped at step 4 of 4 for the same reason of error as above.
I had no choice and I returned in Admin where I managed to reinstall it, and when I returned in new user I found the same problem.
