In this video tutorial I will present an application that brings a glimpse of MacOSX on the Windows desktop, the software is called Xlaunchpad and is free.
Attention, during the installation process you have to be careful when masking unwanted components, there are two windows where you have to press the "Decline" button, so you will avoid installing unnecessary software.
Xlaunchpad is very simple to use, the settings are on the context menu but most operations we can do with drag n drop.
In order to access Xlaunchpad just need to get the cursor in the top left corner.
Once inside Xlaunchpad can organize apps into categories with drag n drop adds a apicatie in each folder.
To add new applications or locations Xlauncher take them with drag & drop from the desktop or anywhere you want and get them in the upper left corner, here to give subbase where we want, we can even put in a folder. If we want new folders, we can do this from the context menu where we find other options.
Xlaunchpad application is welcome on crowded desktops, where it is almost impossible to find shortcuts that we need. For now you just have to go with the cursor in the top left, and access shortcuts that we organized nicely.

It's great app, but it is for those who have XP or W7, I think that W8, this application is not necessary, for the home screen works the same, just different interfaces, functions and options are at least as or even superior, in my opinion.
Very cool application!'s Me I do not follow too much MAC OS (not support it, exactly). Anyway, very good for those who are familiar with MAC.
By the way, why you changed the theme? It was louder than the one before.

Honestly, I like most about it with black background. Red one with greenish orange eyes do not look good.

The application has settings. Right-click on an empty space (not on icons) when in its interface and then click Settings. Now I do not know how users will be interested in them, but I just said.

This application is all very welcome! Personally, a few years ago, I had a, Insectarium, instead of desktop.
However, I'm pretty stubborn to download the wallpapers, which were fully covered by the chaos shortcut icons. Therefore I turned to applications like ObjectDock, RocketDock, and the presence in this tutorial. All three software is set to autohide (right one is applied in the desktop, one in the top left of 3 century work surface), allowing release and elegant wallpaper's view, because in fact, it is the role of a,, wallpaper,,, huh? So, the present application is very elegant and funny at the same time!
