If not going to delete it after restart go into safe mode and deleted but ms is going better with this tutorial

Hello! I installed windows vista and tried to delete some files but it didn't work. I installed an unlocker but in vain ... :( it still doesn't delete them ... What do you advise me to do?

I think you need to look more closely at the tutorial! look carefully without scrolling and you will understand better! It depends on what files you want to delete ... I don't think the windows files are deleted even with an unlocker!
