It seems useless to me, stupid, and now for real, how many of those who stay on Youtube have a full hd monitor? Mine is 1920x1080 and Full HD movies are perfectly visible, but as I often don't keep them in full screen in vain, they are full hd, they can be VGA as well as I see them when they are in the player, not in full screen.
