Super hard ms was using Everest so far only to see temperatures but did not use 0.1% of it even more crystals ms

I noticed in the tutorial that at CPU Usage you had 3% max. 6%. I have 100% constant. ALT + CTRL + DELETE = WINDOWS TASK MANAGER if you can do a tutorial on this it would be ok, and yes, you have done tutorials for beginners. at least tell me if it's bad or good for me.
