We wait for Winrar (in this case) to archive all the files, After Winrar has done its job we right click on the archive and from the context menu we choose “cut” (cut), we go to another partition and give "(paste)
Aces steps being made now can proceed to reinstall Windows
After reinstalling the operating system, and after installing uTorrentu, we close the torrent client, go again to "Start" then to "Run" and in the box we write again the command:% AppData% \ uTorrent, ok or enter se will open the hidden folder where uTorrent keeps its settings.
We go to the location where we saved the archive, we take it with Cut or Copy and we paste it in this hidden folder, we right-click on the archive, we choose from the context menu "Extract Heare" a small window will open that will let us know that some files that the archive contains already exist in this folder, and it asks us if we want to replace these files, we click on “Yes to All”, we wait for the archive to be extracted (after the archive is extracted we can delete the Archive because we already have excerpt from it that interests us) close the previously opened windows and start the uTorrent clip
After your client will have to open all the files you had before renstalam Windows.
All we have to do is click on a file in the client then press CTRL + A to select all the files, right click on one of them and choose from the context menu "Stop", then again right click from the context menu of it once we choose "Force Re-Check" for the client to reindex their files and the location where they are, we wait for all the files to be indexed (the time when the files will be re-checked / indexed depends on the size of the files we have downloaded). After the re-verification is over, we select them all again, right-click on one of them and choose "Start" from the context menu.
Following these steps will contain all our client files and all settings at their seeding considered before making reinstall Windows!
It is very important not to change the location where you downloaded torrents before you do all the steps above, and be sure not to delete / format partitions where downloaded files are saved
This method is not valid unless you format the C partition and reinstall ONLY OPERATING SYSTEM !!!

@eugen: It is very possible that your ISO image was not good or has already been passed through nLite and already removed some vital functions of the operating system !!! It is recommended to use an ISO image, touched / modified so you don't have problems !!!
