You can download drivers for your motherboard but it depends on the brand you have for example how I ASUS and enter their official site and give the option support & dowload differs very little from laptop drivers and if I'm not mistaken on the motherboard you only have network network the video card chipset driver in this board if it is on your motherboard and audio realtek (sound)
