I watched this tutorial and the next one with joombla, I succeeded and thank you for your patience: D but I have some questions:
* How can I make someone have ftp access to the files in "ex: http://ftp.IP/xxx/"via Total Comander or FileZila, ... etc?
* I gave "http://92.81.42.68/" to a friend and he said it doesn't work, I left Messenger and turned off the windows firewall and then it worked ..., how could I solve this problem?
Thanks fff interesting tutorials especially these with apache, mysql, php and as I said I am very interested in ftp control ... many are interested in something like that and I really learned something useful ff.

At ftp the address is not started with "http: //" but with "ftp: // user: password @ ip /" for example "ftp: // cristi: 12345@89.46.12.90/".

But actually I had ftp server installed with xampp ... and it didn't work because I had broken TC ...
* I solved the problem with apache, adding port 80 in windows firewall to exceptions ...

*** It was put on the shared folder in FileZilla a space limit, that can not put files in that folder more eg BM 100 ????
I am very satisfied I made great progress in this field .. only with some knowledge html, css and tutorials on your site :) I managed to install phpBB3 myself (it could be an idea for a future tutorial;) and I created only a database for this: D, I know phpmyadmin better ... and many more.

I had to carefully watch the video tutorial, because at some point we have shown how to turn on startup: mysql, apache, ftp server Filezilla.
But do not worry as you can rectify the situation through the Windows services, and give you right click on each and the preferences tab and select the option to start in automatic startup.
To get services right click on My Computer and then select Manage and walking INDEVA of services, success.
