The third and best method is Romaneste Hibernate or Sleep, it is similar and the Sleep, Hibernation only difference is that it uses your hard drive to store data on RAM so any component does not require power because the hard drive does not require power to retain data it stores data in a non-volatile, the disadvantage to this method is to use hard drive will use space on partition C: equivalent to RAM installed on the system, if you just 2 2 Giga Giga RAM on the C: drive will be needed for hibernation.
Sleep and Shut Down options are enabled since the installation of Windows 7, Hibernate mode is not enabled, to enable or disable this command must use the sites below:
