The simplest and easiest to use program for what you want is ConvertXtoDVD. You won't find it easier .. A few clicks and everything is done automatically .. you don't lose the quality of the movie or the sound or the subtitles. I hope it helps
@mircea: you need a burner and possibly Xilisoft about which we also made a tutorial, we have a tutorial on several burners one is black the other imgburn and we also have a tutorial on ripping Xilisoft Suite, search with the help of the search engine on the top right , write the name of the program and enter and you will find the tutorial!

@www: Use MediaCoder or VirtualDub both are free see k we have 2 tutorials about converting video files ... yes you can in the playlist section or search with serach on the right ... we have one about Xilisoft and one about any video converter
