Creating a website is a matter of application integration is another thing.

Why is the world running away from code? ... should I give up on it? .... this type of work will disappear, as almost no one works on digging (hoeing) .. so will the code end up? `I like this kind of bible ... only I don't know how to develop..I know so from the ax..what I saw here and there..on different sites with tutorials, most of them being in English..Now I stay and I wonder ... to allocate more time for something like that?

The code is always needed, shall inherit the right code to create a functional and secure site.
I was referring to the construction of lines of code to the site when CMS platforms are enough that save you some stuff, but you have to make code and change every day, no escape from working with code.
You don't have to be an expert but it's good to "see" and understand what each line of code does, that's the only way you can make the site do what you want and show how you want it.
Who can do is respect the code from scratch, but for that you need a lot of time and quite advanced knowledge in: html, php, css, databases, etc..
Nowadays, time is a luxury and no one can afford to build code, things have been structured quite well on this market, there are "libraries" of open source functions, there are cms, there is Yahoo! User Interface Library (YUI) that even the best experts use even if they will never recognize it.
Expretilor world is a shame to use code already done is a vantage to make your own code.
Few experts today stick around to building code from scratch, but that does not mean you need to know about everything.
