I can honestly tell you that you make systems in vain. I'm not saying there are some bad components, but for a gamer the video card is too weak and the processor is too powerful, for a designer in 3DsMAX a quadro video card is much better (even the cheapest). Also, the dual-channel memory increases in games / design / photo and video editing are zero. Better a 4 or 2 plate, because in 16 GB video editing (4x4) they are the heavenly hand. There are Muskin SSDs with Toshiba nand at the same price ... with a performance and reliability that equals the intellects.
Thinking about it ... just the other day I was reading about this generation of processors ... a good and balanced system presented in the tutorial. Thank you.
Cristi, I found that my ASUS P8P67 motherboard does not have the function in the Intel Rapid Start or Fast Boot bios. Although I took a few days ago a Fujitsu-Siemens Scenic W600 branded PC SH to which I obs. which has Fast Boot in the bios, and when you press the start button, Fujitsu-Siemens (Intel Pentium 4 logo) appears and loads immediately and I can't press the button as in a second it crashed in windows xp. If you have a sata1 component and put it on a sata3 port of the motherboard, the component will work without problems at sata1 speed, ie max.150mb / sec.
