How back the old Facebook Messenger with My Day

I know some specific cases in which they posted a picture known more delicate in Section My Day when, in fact, their intention was to send a single person. But reaching in Section My Day, published photograph can be seen by all your friends in your list.
It remains visible 24 hours after which it is automatically deleted or you can delete only if you manage to realize that instead of sending a single person, you made public all friends from your list.
How to disable Facebook Messenger My Day?
To escape this sinful My Day, we have for you two solutions.
1. The first method is to install an older version of Facebook Messenger app.
2. A second solution is to install Facebook Messenger Lite, a formal application, very lite but does not allow us to make video calls / voice.
Facebook Messenger Lite is an application for users with phones that have a weaker hardware (processor with low frequency, little RAM, Android version of old).
However, that does not mean Facebook Messenger Lite can be installed on high-end phones. For example, I have a OnePlus with 3 6 GB RAM running Android version 7 Nougat. I installed it on Facebook Messenger Lite because I do not like the new interface and do not use video calls / voice.

- Play Store> tap on the 3 overlapping dashes at the top left (menu button)> tap on Settings> tap on Automatically update apps and choose Don't automatically update apps

- Play Store> tap on the top left 3 superimposed lines (menu button)> My Apps and games on tap> tap on Messenger> 3 points tap on the overlapping right corner> uncheck auto update.

Hi Adrian. This video is very useful, even though I don't like this Facebook messenger update at all. Welcome to this tutorial. However, if you could do a tutorial on Facebook as well, because now the favorites bar in the respective list with which I often spoke has disappeared.
