What is the USB ISO multiboot stick tutorial about?

What about secure boot?

Does it work on gpt formatted hdd?
When I installed it, it created 4 files on my 5 mb stick

Problems with windows 7 and 8.1.
It works with the original iso but not with an iso in which drivers for USB 3.0 and NVMe have been inserted.
I can't install on new computers if it doesn't have support in the kit for USB 3.0 and NVMe.
It also doesn't work with multiverse iso, meaning win 7 Home, Premium, Ultimate in the same iso.
This does not happen at win 10, which goes in the multiverse version.
