Why will all black theme for applications?
You've probably been hearing this lately with a "black theme app."
Everybody goes after the Dark, Black and Black theme for applications.
The main reason why many want or prefer the black theme for applications is that if you have an AMOLED screen smartphone; where black is displayed, the pixels of the screen do not light up and thus, the battery is saved.
Black themed Facebook for Android

What is Facebook Lite?

Why use Facebook Lite?
As in any decision or thing we make, there are compromises.
Facebook Lite does not come "packaged" with everything it knows or with everything that the normal Facebook application can do.
To be honest, for the way I use Facebook, I didn't find things I can't do with the Facebook Lite app. You can post reactions or comments to the posts of others, you can give likes, you can share the posts of others, you can post videos, photos, you can go live, you can share your location.
The good part, as a wonder (sarcasm), Facebook Messenger is integrated into Facebook Lite and you no longer need the Facebook Messenger app to communicate with friends on Messenger. What would have been in the mind of those from Facebook did not do this and with the normal Facebook application, do not ask me!
Returning to compromises again, unfortunately, the integrated messenger in Facebook Lite, has some limitations. You cannot make video and voice calls, you cannot react to what someone is writing to you on Messenger, you can only send photos, you cannot use Chat Head (floating conversation bulletin board), you cannot send the location in conversation with someone.
Me one, I'm not crazy about the video and voice calls on Messenger. For me it is not a huge loss to use the messenger with limited functions, integrated in Facebook Lite.
Why do I use Facebook Lite with black theme?
The fact that I have all the Facebook functions in the Facebook Lite application, I can use the black theme and is gentler with the phone's resources and battery, are enough reasons to make me use Facebook Lite on my smartphone even though I don't use a weak device. Even a very good one, a OnePlus 6T with 6 GB RAM and 128 GB storage capacity, "powered" by a SoC (System On Chip) Qualcomm Snapdragon 845.

I tried this on Oneplus 3 with Android 10 custom ROM ... I think there are different versions for other devices ... I don't have the dark mode button ... Adrian, out of curiosity, what version of Lite do you have? To me is 185.0.0.6.118.

Facebook is gradually integrating the new options into groups of users, not everyone at the same time. I do this to avoid any problems that might arise with the new feature introduced. And to avoid problems that could affect all users, I introduce the new feature gradually, gradually. First to 10000 users. If all is well, there are no major problems, no breaches or complaints have been reported, Facebook will introduce the function for the next 10000 and so on until everyone gets to have it.
