1. WAN and LAN should have Gigabit
2. NAT must have hardware acceleration
3. You must have at least a WiFi stream 802.11 AC (433 Mbps)

There is no method of hiding or as you say "encoding". You may want to make a VPN connection to a server, with the router being a VPN client. Then you will have a tunnel to the IP in "Alaska" and all your hacking activity will seem to be initiated in Alaska. Of course you have to have a VPN server in Alaska.
Asus routers, but not all, can be VPN server and client.

I recently got a c7 archer. I rds 1000 fiberlink. On an asus n61vn with win 10 and ssd I get the speed of 380Mb in the cable test, and via wifi n 85Mb. On wifi needle with S4 phone about 80-85Mb. On the utorent do not pass 4-5 Mb via wifi. It seems a little to the investment made. Please be nice, be kind to me! I have Lenovo G510 with i5 processor. I uninstalled Win8 and installed Win7 professionally with ok license instead. Within a few days the notification appeared on the bar in Win10. I upgraded to Windows 10. . At one point, I am warned: "You cannot install Windoes 10, because your processor does not accept NX" !!
