In this video tutorial "Apply Hidroelectrica has been launched without payments" I present the iHidro application from hidroelectrica. An application that many people were waiting for, considering the large number of subscribers that Hidroelectrica has collected in the last year.

iHidro is called the Hidroelectrica app and it's a bit poor in functions

Subscribers had high expectations from this application, because Hidroelectrica had the worst system for receiving invoices and paying.

Even with the launch of the application, the problems are not solved 100%

True, now we can see the invoices and send the index in the application, but the payment is still done in the old style.

The in-app bill payment option is missing

I asked Hidroelectrica a question and received a reassuring answer. The payments module will be implemented, but we do not have an exact date.

Until then, subscribers will pay as before, by scanning the barcode with the banking applications, by creating templates in the banking applications or by direct debit or at the payment machines.

What options does the iHidro application have?

Although it would give the impression that you can do a lot of things, you can't actually do a lot of things in this app.

Options in the iHidro app:

1. On the Home tab you see the last bill, a link to the consumption graph and a link to send the index
2. On the Billing tab you have the current bill and payment history
3. On the Usage tab you have the index history and the monthly consumption graph
4. Under More you have account settings, services, a contact section and application settings. In Services you have a link to forms for change of supplier, contract for provision of place of consumption, change of contract holder and the sales purchase contract form for prosumers (those who produce with solar or wind panels and want to sell energy)

iHidro – a young application that we hope will mature as quickly as possible, as we just want to digitalize ourselves
